Mercy Rule Available at Wal Mart

August 12th, 2014

Kirk Cameron's most recent film, Mercy Rule, is now available at Wal Mart! Before this, the film was exclusive to Family Christian stores, but you will now be able to purchase this at Wal Mart. Kirk Cameron made the announcement on his Facebook page today:

I have some great news: Mercy Rule is now available at Walmart! This fun new family film features both Chelsea and me, and now you can get it at your local Walmart or online... So, who’s up for a great family movie night this week?

If you haven't heard of this film, the synopsis reads:

"When the game is on the line, you want people you can count on—in baseball and in life. Starring both Kirk Cameron and his wife Chelsea, Mercy Rule is for families that embrace the values of mercy, patience, sacrifice, and trusting God.

In the midst of a challenging baseball season, young Cody learns he's not the best pitcher … or the best teammate. Meanwhile, Cody's dad, played by Kirk, is at risk of losing his family business to an unscrupulous schemer. Both Cody and his dad believe their only option is to fight their problems on their own. But when they learn to rely on friends, teammates, and—most importantly—their faith and family, they discover how their battles can truly be won."

This is exciting news as this film will now reach a larger audience -- possibly even beyond the exclusive Christian audience.
